Todays Workout Tip: Wear Good Shoes!
Good support is extremely important when you’re working out. If you don’t have good shoes, you’ll likely experience cramps in your feet, legs, back and more. You may feel like you’re having a good workout but you won’t realize until the next day that your shoes actually did effect your workout.
Shoes that I would recommend are any workout shoe that will let your feet breathe while at the same time giving you the suppot you need. Nike shox would be an example of a good shoe to workout in. This is an example of something I prefer, however, it may not be the right shoe for you. It may take you a couple tries to get the right shoe, but once you invest in the right one, you’ll enjoy your workout more.
